Refund Policy
At Section Wines, we take great pride in the quality of our wines. Please review the following guidelines regarding our refund and return policy:
No Refunds or Store Credit
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or store credit for any wine purchases, including for reasons related to personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product, unless the wine is defective.
Corked Wine
If you receive a bottle of wine that is corked (i.e., contaminated due to cork taint, resulting in a musty or off taste), we will gladly replace the bottle or issue store credit. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide proof of the defect (e.g., photos, original cork, or the remaining wine) to arrange for a replacement.
Shipping Issues
We take great care in packaging our wines for shipping. However, should your wine be damaged during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will review each case and work with you to resolve the issue, including potential replacement or credit.

Wine Club Cancellation Policy
By subscribing to the Section Wines Wine Club, you agree to the following cancellation terms and conditions:
1. Minimum Commitment
1.1. Membership Term
Wine club memberships are ongoing and will continue until canceled by the member. We require a minimum commitment period of 3 shipments before cancellation can be processed or you agree to a fee of $150 if cancellation before the 3 shipments.
1.2. Cancellation Window
To cancel your wine club membership, you must provide notice at least 1 business day prior to your next scheduled shipment. If cancellation notice is received after this window, the next shipment will be processed and billed, and cancellation will take effect after the shipment.
2. How to Cancel

Cancellations will be confirmed in writing via email once processed.
3. Refunds and Shipment Returns
3.1. No Refunds for Processed Shipments
Once a shipment has been processed or shipped, no refunds or returns will be accepted for any reason, including personal preference. You are responsible for all charges related to any shipment processed before the cancellation date.
3.2. Corked or Defective Wine
In the event that you receive a corked or defective bottle, please refer to our Refund Policy for replacement or store credit details.
4. Membership Changes
4.1. Modifications to Membership
Members may modify their wine selections, shipping address, or payment information by contacting us before the next shipment billing date or making those changes on the Member Portal. Any changes made after billing has occurred will apply to the following shipment.
4.2. Billing and Payment
Membership charges are automatically billed prior to each shipment. Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is up to date. If a payment fails, we will contact you for updated information, and the shipment may be delayed until the payment is processed.
5. Reactivate Membership
If you cancel your membership and later wish to rejoin the Section Wines Family, you are welcome to reactivate at any time. Simply contact us via email or phone, and we will reinstate your membership, subject to availability and any applicable changes in membership terms or pricing.
6. Governing Law
This cancellation policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
