2. Purchases and Shipping
2.1. Order Processing
We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, certain factors such as weather, availability, and delivery location may impact shipping times.
2.2. Shipping Restrictions
Due to various state and local laws, we may not be able to ship wine to certain areas. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local and state laws regarding wine shipments.
2.3. Signature Requirement
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. Please ensure someone of legal drinking age is available to receive the package.
2.4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, shipping method, and the number of bottles ordered. These fees will be displayed during checkout.
2.5. Weather Conditions
We reserve the right to delay shipping during periods of extreme weather to preserve the quality of our wines. We will notify you if your order is delayed due to weather conditions.

4. Wine Club Terms
4.1. Membership
By joining the Section Wines wine club, you agree to receive regular shipments as outlined in our membership terms. You may cancel or modify your membership at any time by contacting us at least 1 business day before your next shipment. If cancellation occurs before your 3rd shipment, you agree to paying a one-time fee of $120.
4.2. Billing
Wine club members will be billed automatically for each shipment. Please ensure your payment details are up to date.
4.3. Customization
Members may customize their shipments or opt for the pre-selected wines chosen by Marco. Changes to wine selections must be made before the billing date or a pre-selected wine shipment will be charged and shipped.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Section Wines, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission.
